The ideal candidate has a deep understanding of the branding and web design process and its relationship with web strategy, UX, and content design. You will be creating high-impact, user-centered digital experiences at SimpsonScarborough, working closely with our team of UX designers, content designers, brand designers, project managers, and strategists.

Requirements:

Use Figma to create original, industry-leading websites, making sure the UI design follows the defined strategy, expresses and augments the brand identity, and achieves the visual goals of the project.

Take initiative, guiding the client to the best solution–we’re not order-takers

Follow through on the little (but important) things like punctuality, and keeping files tidy and organized

Proven experience in leading visual work and working directly with large client stakeholder groups

A portfolio that showcases your proven experience in creating brand identity systems (beyond just logos) and UI designs for large organizations, including UI kits.
