Katz Miami Beach
Katz Miami Beach was a pop up counterfeit deli installation during Art Basel in Miami in collaboration with artist and cook Laila Gohar.
The project was an homage to the once thriving Jewish Deli scene in Miami Beach. The installation was a replica of the iconic Katz's Delicatessen in New York, with subtle changes nodding gently at the art world. At noon every day, we gave away pastrami sandwiches to art viewers.
