I was brought in to produce some behind the scenes content for this commercial as a co-branding piece between New Era and MLB.
They'd originally wanted something more formal--with Nina Agdal and Bryce Harper sitting and discussing their experience making the commercial--but in seeing Agdal's fun energy on set and the fact that the schedule was extremely tight, I'd made the quick pitch to just capture the experience they were having rather than just have them talk about it ad nauseam.
The piece ended up feeling more like an ad than a normal "behind the scenes" piece and, from what I understand, was used as such by the clients.
