Our service design project to combat gender inequality in advertising agencies won a D&AD Wood Pencil in the Equality & Diversity Category, along with a spot in their Impact accelerator.

The user-centered design study tracked some of the most talented, creatively-awarded women in New York advertising to find out why our industry loses so many women in the caregiving years.

By combining qualitative insights, quantitative data and customer experience design, More Moms takes a systematic approach the talent drain problem, and provides agencies with a menu of 32 solutions to fix it.
