Vilcek Prize Website

The Vilcek Foundation was founded in 2000 by Jan and Marica Vilcek, both immigrants to America from the former Czechoslovakia, and aims to raise awareness of immigrant contributions in America and fosters appreciate of the arts and sciences. The Vilcek Prize is a highly distinguished award, the physical trophy for which was designed by Sagmeister, Inc.

The Vilcek Foundation sought to create a digital version of the physical brochure for their distinguished creative prize. The design was largely based on the brochure, with some modifications and reorganization of content and layout to accommodate website users on both mobile and desktop devices. I was responsible for the site organization and information architecture, user experience, design, and responsive development and content management system.
