Weber Shandwick's Detroit office has a unique opportunity for a strategic, team-oriented Project Manager. Our Integrated Project Management team enables and executes world-class work in the smartest way possible. We are looking for a passionate, problem-solving Project Manager who exhibits excellent communication and collaboration skills while harboring an entrepreneur spirit. As a Project Manager, you will help develop & execute plans to allow our teams to create exciting work on time and budget. Your focus will be on the following key areas below to ensure success:

-Project Management: You will own key project management functions such as scheduling, scoping, resource management, & risk mitigation
-Client Coordination and Management: You will help facilitate projects with internal & external stakeholders, develop client-ready documents such as SOWs, schedules, briefs, and risk assessments and escalate effectively to CX & PM leadership as needed
-Communication and Engagement: You can use the right communication tools at the right time, understand how to communicate effectively, and lean into your work with active participation in meetings & with your cross capability teams and on your projects
-Financial Operations: You will be expected to demonstrate the fundamentals of business financials including actuals tracking, burn, & forecasting, working with your Client Finance & CX counterparts
-Digital Marketing: Understand & facilitate digital programming including influencer, paid media & social content development

-Support large initiatives & lead smaller projects independently
-Keep clients & internal teams moving in the same direction
-Anticipate the needs of your projects & heading off potential risks
-Remove barriers to success for the team
-Actively seek & share knowledge with your project teams & within the Project Management capability
