I am the first hired Product Designer at this web3 B2B SaaS company. As part of the Product Team, we have grown a highly active user base from 0 to 500,000, which is still growing.

My Responsibilities:
• Design focused on product-market fit. After 4 pivotal moments, this led to reaching a total of 500,000 users
• Crafting design strategy and navigating UX Design to satisfy business and customer needs
• Addressing design obstacles using Human-Centered Design principles
• Understanding user behaviors through interviews, usability tests, workshops, and integrating user feedback into design iterations.
• Shaping design systems every day.
