THE CHALLENGE: Create a summer sweepstakes campaign for Tito’s Handmade Vodka, with an interactive component, showcasing co-branded summer merch & seasonal cocktail recipes.

THE SOLUTION: There’s summer. And then there’s summer by Tito’s. America’s Original Craft Vodka has partnered with summer’s hottest brands, including Solo Stove, Funboy, and Business & Pleasure to bring you a truly interactive 360º virtual reality experience with the chance to win exclusive custom merch. Access the VR world by scanning a QR code on in-store displays with your mobile device or visiting summerxtitos.com on mobile or desktop.

Move your phone or cursor up, down or sideways to explore the poolside scene. Find the hotspot featuring each Tito’s brand collab and enter for a chance to win that prize, or shop the exclusive drops directly at anytime. Discover summer cocktail recipes along the way, and even download recipe cards for later.

In true surprise & delight fashion, the scenery changes from day to night depending on the time a user accesses the experience, and cocktail recipes are tailored to the time of day. Even toggle from day to night mode for an extra layer of interactivity.

BEHIND THE SCENES: This campaign had it all! My role included brainstorming partner brands for merch collaborations, ideating, designing & presenting campaign concepts, creating pre-pro direction for a custom photoshoot, managing photo retouching, providing video concepts for prize features and layout design & art direction for on-premise point-of-sale pieces. Lastly, I also designed UI/UX for the VR experience and collaborated closely with the tech team who brought the experience to life.
