Antique & vintage oriental rugs have played an important role in my home ever since I was young. I remember spending hours sitting atop 5-feet high rug piles at shops waiting for my parents to make their selection.

Today, you can find different websites to buy rugs, but they don't reflect the quality or elegance of the handwoven rugs they sell. So, I set out to design a modern, intuitive, and story-rich e-commerce shop called Sejad, the Arabic word for rug.
