Zaarly – Senior Product Designer

– Spearheaded the design system in Figma and front-end. All components were fully responsive using a modular scale for sizing.
– Worked in 6-week cycles using the Shape Up (Basecamp) method to ship strategic features and product improvements
– Worked with Design Director to help improve company culture and collaboration.
– Created the UI for the Zaarly chatbot that will integrate with the existing conversion (activity feed) and suggest follow-up actions to both user types.
– Helping increase the adoption of certain features in order to help improve the overall experience of users.
– Worked on core user journey for homeowners to create projects on Zaarly.
– Lead all prototyping, user interviews, and the design team. Working directly with product leads to develop features, specs, and manage projects.
