T3 Sixty Brand Identity

T3 Sixty is a team of researchers, analysts and consultants in the residential real estate industry. With an expansive range of divisions and services — including widely read research reports and publications and perpetually sold out events — their new visual identity needed to be as flexible and hard working as they are.

Emphasizing their bold and unique space in the residential real estate world, the logo was crafted to be a seal of approval, signifying objective, trustworthy in-depth research and analysis. A custom-drawn typeface gives the brand space for new ideas to turn into new divisions with ease, and a bright and balanced color palette, inspired by their Southern California roots, works with illustrative icons to keep things interesting.
