Identifying the need for iProspect to continue to be industry thought-leaders, I spearheaded the podcast initiative. This covers a variety of topics on digital marketing and the trend and developments that are shaping the industry. Including 'hot topics' such as, Facebooks News Feed Update and The Future of Retail. Events hosted by iProspect which I then edit into digestible episodes. As well as a monthly series of podcasts covering iProspects offerings.
Managing the podcast projects from start to finish, requires me to:
- project manage all stakeholders both internal and external
- source relevant speakers, such as journalists
- research content, create a script where necessary, brief all speakers
- set up and recording
- post production editing
- promotion - across apps, soundcloud, website and social channels
The successful implementation and activation of the podcast channel reached more than 200 listeners in just two months.
